The Wild Atlantic Escape
A 4-night, 5-day retreat experience on the magical South-West coast of Ireland

MAY - SEPTEMBER 2027

Five days to step away from the rush and routine of everyday life, rediscover the art of being unbusy, and experience Ireland at a more unhurried pace — with meaningful conversations, personal reflection and mentoring naturally woven into the experience.

Is The Wild Atlantic Escape for you?

The Wild Atlantic Escape is for women who are looking for something more than just a sightseeing holiday in Ireland.

This isn’t about rushing from one tourist attraction to the next or trying to cram as much as possible into five days.

It’s for women who value meaningful experiences, heartfelt conversations, beautiful landscapes and personal growth — but who also want to have fun, experience a little adventure, be looked after and enjoy a few special days that are entirely for themselves.

For once, nobody needs anything from you. You can simply arrive and let yourself be taken care of.

It’s for women who can appreciate the simple things too — lingering somewhere beautiful, noticing the light across the Atlantic, a conversation that carries on longer than expected, or stopping simply because something caught your eye.

You don’t need to arrive with a problem to solve or a big life decision to make.

You might simply want some space to slow down, step away from the usual rush, routines and expectations, reconnect with what matters to you now, and be open to what might become possible when you stop being busy for long enough to actually notice your own life again.

What will you actually take home from these five days?

For five days, you’ll experience a different rhythm of everyday life — and without even realising it, you’ll be discovering how much the smallest choices can change the way a day feels.

Pausing instead of rushing. Lingering instead of immediately moving on. Noticing what’s around you. Being present in a conversation. Choosing what feels good rather than automatically doing what comes next.

And somewhere in amongst the laughter, adventures, conversations and beautiful places, you may begin to realise:

  • What actually matters to you now.

  • What you want more of — and less of — in your life.

  • Where you’ve been living on autopilot or by expectation rather than choice.

  • What you’ve been tolerating, postponing or automatically saying yes to.

  • How you want your everyday life to feel, not just what you need to accomplish.

  • How surprisingly powerful small choices, pauses and changes can be.

  • What you’d genuinely like to do differently when you go home.

Because what you experience here doesn’t have to stay in Ireland.

Those simple pauses, choices and small changes can come home with you. And when repeated, they begin to change the way you experience your ordinary days — helping you feel more present, more fulfilled, more in control of your time and choices, and less like life is simply happening on autopilot.

You don’t need to completely change your life to change the way you experience it.

Sometimes the smallest choices change far more than we realise. And during our time together, you may discover something even more powerful: you’ve had far more power than you realised all along to create a life for yourself, by yourself, that feels the way you want it to feel.

What makes The Wild Atlantic Escape Different?

A Different Way to Experience Ireland

This isn't about rushing from one attraction to the next. We'll experience the Wild Atlantic Wayslowly, allowing time to notice, absorb, enjoy - and truly appreciate the beauty around us.

Mentoring Naturally Woven Into The Experience

Rather than sitting in a classroom or workshop, meaningful conversations and gentle mentoring unfold naturally throughout our time together, making insights feel real and relevant to your own life.

Small Group, Personal Experience.

With a maximum of just eight women, there's time to be seen, heard and supported, while still enjoying plenty of space for yourself.

Space To Breathe Again

No packed itinerary. No pressure to be constantly doing. Time to pause, reflect, rest, laugh, wander and simply enjoy being exactly where you are.

Carefully Chosen Experiences

Every walk, meal, conversation and place we visit has been chosen intentionally to create an experience that feels valuable, meaningful and memorable.

Is this your kind of experience?

Here’s a short checklist to discover whether The Wild Atlantic Escape might just be your kind of place, pace and experience...

1. The unexpected Atlantic stop

We might be on our way somewhere when the light across the Atlantic suddenly becomes too beautiful to simply drive past.

So we pull over, forget the schedule for a few minutes and give ourselves time to simply stand there, take it all in and appreciate the moment…

Does that feel like your kind of pace?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

2. The beach with nowhere we need to be

If we find ourselves on a beautiful little beach with nowhere we need to be, would you enjoy having the freedom to simply linger?

Sit on the sand, take your shoes off, lie back and close your eyes for a few blissful moments, wander along the shore or, if you’re feeling brave, dip your toes – or perhaps a little more of you – into the freezing Atlantic…

Does that sound like your kind of moment?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

3. Time to do absolutely nothing important or particularly useful

There’ll be plenty to experience, but not every minute will be scheduled.

Sometimes you’ll have time to sit somewhere beautiful – perhaps on a blanket on the grass or in a comfortable deck chair – read, chat, have a cup of tea, or simply stare off into the distance.

Time to think. Time to remember. Maybe even time to forget. Or just time to do absolutely nothing useful at all…

Does that sound like your kind of pace?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

4. Changing the rhythm of time

One of the ideas behind The Wild Atlantic Escape is that we don’t always have to rush towards whatever comes next.

We might linger another five minutes at the table, stay a while longer at a beautiful viewpoint, or have another cup of tea simply because the conversation is good.

We can’t create more time, but we can change the way we experience it…

Could you see yourself letting go a little and enjoying that kind of unhurried rhythm?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

5. Your daily sessions with me

Every day, I’ll share something designed to give you more than simply a lovely few days away – perhaps a new perspective, a practical tool, an idea to explore, or an invitation to look at something in a way you may never have considered before.

These will be sessions that I lead, with time for you to listen, think and quietly reflect on what it means for you.

You’ll never be expected to share your answers or personal experiences with the group. You can simply take whatever feels useful and bring it back into your own everyday life…

Does that combination of learning, practical value and private reflection sound like something you’d enjoy?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

6. Guided meditation and visualisation

During our five days together, I’ll guide you through one or two short meditations or visualisations.

You don’t need any previous experience. They’ll be simple, accessible and easy to follow – an opportunity to slow everything down for a little while, switch off some of the outside noise and simply experience it…

Does that sound like something you’d be comfortable experiencing and enjoying as part of the retreat?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

7. The table full of pens, pencils and colour

At some point, you might find a table waiting for you with pens, pencils, paper and colouring materials.

You don’t need to be artistic. That’s absolutely not the point.

There’s nothing to produce, nothing to get right and certainly nothing that’s going to be marked…!

Could you allow yourself to play with something simply because it’s enjoyable, rather than because you’re good at it or it achieves something?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

8. Meaningful conversations without the pressure to share

There will be plenty of opportunities for real, interesting conversations — around the table, out exploring, over a cup of tea, or simply in those moments when a good conversation happens naturally.

But you’ll never be expected to sit in a circle, tell your life story or share something personal.

You can talk. You can listen. You can reflect quietly and keep what comes up entirely to yourself.

There’s room for connection here, but also room for privacy…

Does that sound like the kind of connection you’d value?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

9. Exploring Ireland and its breathtaking beauty

Ireland’s landscapes have a way of taking your breath away and reminding you of what really matters.

We’ll explore the surrounding areas with plenty to offer, the natural beauty right here on our doorstep that inspire awe, gratitude and a sense of perspective.

From coastal drives to spectacular walks, and a few small surprises - you’ll have the chance to soak it all in, at a pace that feels right in that moment…

Does that sound like the kind of adventure you’d love?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

10. A slower pace that lets you truly be here

This isn’t a rushed schedule of ticking things off a list.

We’ll move at a pace that allows you to be fully present, to truly enjoy where you are and who you’re with.

There will be time to rest, time to wander, time to simply notice the little things that often get missed in everyday life…

Does that feel like the kind of pace you need?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

11. Honouring your comfort

You deserve to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed.

There will always be choices, and you’ll never be pushed into anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Whether it’s taking time out, saying no to something, or choosing a quieter moment – your comfort matters…

Does that sound like the kind of experience you’d appreciate?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

12. Taking something special home

The Wild Atlantic Escape isn’t designed to transform you into a completely different person in five days.

But you will be taking something special home with you.

New perspectives. Practical tools. Things you’ve learned. And a clearer sense of what you’d like more of, less of, or differently in your own life.

You’ll have the practical tools to create the life you genuinely desire by yourself, for yourself, with what you’ve learned on these few days away, so you can be happy again and feel alive again…

Does that feel like the kind of pace you need?

  • Absolutely, that’s me

  • I’m open to that

  • Probably not my thing

So... is this your kind of experience?

If you found yourself nodding along to most of these, there’s a very good chance The Wild Atlantic Escape is exactly your kind of place, pace and experience.

You don’t have to love every single thing on this list. You simply need to be open to experiencing Ireland a little differently — and perhaps yourself too. Slowing the pace, trying something new, enjoying the moments in between, and being curious about what you might discover along the way.

If that sounds like you, I think you may have just found your kind of escape!

Why I created “The Wild Atlantic Escape” Retreat-Experience

My work with women has, until now, largely happened online — mentoring and empowering women with greater awareness, practical tools and skills, and helping them recognise just how much power they have to create a life they’re genuinely excited about living. Helping them become more conscious of how they actually want to live their lives…

I happen to be incredibly fortunate to do that work - while living in one of the most extraordinary corners of the world.

Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

Right down on the southwestern tip of Ireland, in a little corner of the world that sometimes feels as though time has forgotten it.

The rugged wild coastline,

The spectacular ocean I've always loved,

The green — so much green,

The extraordinary light,

The wild, moody wind,

Cows and sheep everywhere - and tractors!

Lo-o-o-o-ng summer evenings,

Darkest skies and the brightest stars at night,

Birds singing all hours of the day,

Friendly locals,

And a slower pace of life that still seems to exist here…

There’s something about this place. It gets under your skin. It stirs something inside you.

Perhaps it’s the landscape, the pace, the people, the weather — or simply

what happens when you step away from everything familiar for a while

and life gets quiet enough for you to notice…

And I began thinking about how wonderful it would be to bring these two worlds together.

Because there’s something powerful about stepping out of our usual environment. When we're somewhere new — away from our routines and responsibilities, spending more time outdoors, laughing, exploring, relaxing and experiencing new things — we can begin to see things differently too. Including ourselves.

That’s how The Wild Atlantic Escape came about.

A way of bringing the work I'm so passionate about into the magic of this extraordinary little corner of Ireland.

Meaningful conversations and moments of reflection woven naturally into beautiful places, shared experiences, fresh Atlantic air, laughter, good food, rain, wind, sunshine, unexpected stops — and plenty of time to simply enjoy where we are.

Time to experience another side of life. And perhaps another side of yourself. To be looked after for a change. To have fun. To explore. To notice. To think. And to put yourself first for a few days.

And then to go home not with a completely new life, but perhaps seeing the life you already have through different eyes — and more aware of the power you have to decide what comes next.

Not five days to become a different woman.
Five days that might change the way you experience being you…
